This policy explains which personal data we process through ydins.es, for what purpose and what your rights are, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process and why
Inquiries (contact form, email or phone)
- Data
- Name, email address, subject and message, which we need in order to reply, and, if you provide them, company, town or city and phone number.
- Purpose
- To handle your inquiry and, if you request it, prepare a quotation and follow it up.
- Legal basis
- Taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you write to us on behalf of a company, our legitimate interest in handling business inquiries and maintaining the relationship with that company (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and Art. 19 LOPDGDD).
We do not use this data to send you commercial communications you have not requested or to create profiles.
Website security and operation

- IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and outcome of the request, which the server logs automatically on each visit.
- Purpose
- To protect the website against abuse and attacks and to fix technical errors.
- Legal basis
- Our legitimate interest in ensuring the security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) and Recital 49 GDPR).
Interactive catalog viewer
The catalog page shows the interactive viewer by Heyzine Flipbooks, S.L. When you open it, your browser connects to Heyzine, which receives your IP address and technical browser data and records reading statistics, without cookies. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in showing you the catalog you have opened (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Heyzine processes this data under its own privacy policy. If you prefer not to connect to Heyzine, you can open the PDF catalog from our server. Full details are in the Cookie policy.
3. How long we keep data
- Inquiries: while we handle and follow them up and, if no business relationship results, for a maximum of one year from the last contact. If you become a customer, your data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and thereafter for the periods required by commercial and tax law.
- Server logs: 15 days; they are then deleted automatically.
At the end of these periods, the data is deleted or, where required by law, blocked for as long as any liability may arise.
4. Recipients
- We do not sell your data or disclose it to third parties, except where required by law (for example, to public authorities or to courts that request it).
- Our website hosting and email providers access it on behalf of LINDIS, S.L. under a data processing agreement; their servers are located in the European Union.
- No international data transfers are planned. Should a provider need to process the data outside the European Economic Area, it would do so with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
5. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing and its portability, and object to processing based on our legitimate interest. If you gave your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting prior processing.
To exercise them, write to lopd@lindis.es or to our postal address, stating which right you wish to exercise. We will only ask for additional information to confirm your identity if we have reasonable doubts about it. We will reply within one month, which may be extended in the cases provided for in the GDPR.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
6. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk. Among others, the website always uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and each inquiry is stored encrypted on the server only until it is delivered to our mailbox.
7. Changes to this policy
If our processing changes (for example, because we add a new service), we will update this policy and indicate the date of the latest revision.
